Dulwich flat layout redesigning and refurbishment

A flat set in a Victorian conversion suffered from an unfit layout and tired looks. Complete reconfiguration to enable the second bedroom of this flat to be accessed via the

main flat and not the communal area of the building. The renovation also included additional structural work of two large chimney breast removal and new partition walls for the entire flat. Now the flat has a beautiful and practical flow, alongside sharp aesthetics.
