Design consultancy enables those clients that prefer to manage their own projects but still need guidance and advice.
It suits for those who have the time to commit to a project and the confidence of their choices but just cannot seem to get started. Or for those who have a limited budget for design advice but would like to benefit from professional guidance without employing a designer for a whole project. Often having a chat with an expert at the start of your project offering professional advice can give you the confidence to complete the project on your own. This service is charged at an hourly rate.

For those clients who want to find their home but have limited time, House 2 Home can save you from spending your hours, days and weeks, trawling through estate agency listings, searching for potential opportunities in your chosen geographical area. Based on your criteria House 2 Home will shortlist properties for you to see, will then negotiate with seller’s agent to secure your chosen property at the right price before working with all parties to complete the transaction. House 2 home has trusted solicitors and surveyors in place to facilitate a purchase.
