House 2 Home was hired to find its client a suitable property to buy as a pied-à-terre investment when she returned to her home country.  The property sourced was in need of layout enhancement and would benefit from full refurbishment to her taste. 

The property is set within a grand 5-storey double fronted victorian property. She desired a warm flat with contemporary lines. The structural work to enable modern   open plan living was extensive but all worth it.  At the end of the project my client was super happy with the new valuation and even happier with her home design.
