This 3 bedroom Edwardian house was a new purchase in need of full and extensive renovation inside out. The pictures tell the story. The property was full of damp, no central heating system, with very old fixtures and fittings.  Layout improvements were configured to add a downstairs WC and give the family a large kitchen which was otherwise split into 3 rooms. An open plan living diner was created to allow more light into the property. This house was weak on light, particularly in the kitchen. Vibrant colours and reflective surfaces were set to combat these limitations and bring it to life.
